This pass gets you entry into the park. 

Once the order on Pet Corner is completed, you will receive the voucher from our partner tourism company via email.

This ticket gets you a single pass for one park for the day. Please adhere to the terms and conditions of the ticket as per the parks instructions and as listed under instructions of this item.

Guests are required to carry a printed copy or Mobile Voucher of the ticket which needs to be presented at the Entrance to
gain the entry.
These Conditions of Use relate to IMG Worlds of Adventure theme park.
IMG Tickets includes access for Marvel / Lost Valley / Cartoon Network / IMG Boulevard.
The opening and closing times of the Premises are posted an estimate only and IMGWOA may vary the times from time to
time at its sole discretion.
IMGWOA cannot guarantee that all rides and attractions will be available upon guests visit to the Premises.
Height restrictions and number of tickets required are also subject to change and can be confirmed
upon entry to the Premises.
Convenient storage lockers are available at the park entrance with an additional charge.
Disabled Guests must enter the theme park on a full priced day ticket & need to provide proof of disability,
One helper can gain entry to the theme park for free with them. Wheelchair is available on First come
serve basis.
Guest relation counters are in IMG.
As per the new taxation rules of UAE, a 5% VAT will be implemented for all hospitality related services From1st Jan 2018.
Child Policy: -Children below 3 years and under 1.05 meters height will be allowed free of cost.
Children above 3years & between 1.05M and 1.2M will be charged as a Junior Admission
Children above height 1.2 meters will be charged adult rate.

  • A General Admission Ticket entitles you to a full day adventure in the park (*) and can be purchased online and onsite. The price of one General Admission ticket is AED365 and is subject to change at the discretion of the Park Management.
  • All prices are inclusive of 5% VAT.
  • Tickets purchased fraudulently or from an unauthorized party will be deemed void.
  • Admission is free for children below 1.05m in height.
  • For the best experiences of all concerned, it is important for all guests to comply and follow instructions when using any park facility. 
  • General Admission Ticket once purchased, cannot be exchanged or refunded at any circumstances.  
  • Black-out dates for major events will affect timings on the day of the event. IMG Worlds will communicate this on the website and will not be responsible if this coincides with your adventure date as there is no refund or adjustment policy on an already issued ticket.
  • IMG Worlds of Adventure will accept no liability for loss, injury/ incidents and/ or damages sustained while in the Theme Park.
  • Admission and use of the Theme Park and its facilities will be at the sole risk of the guest.
  • Height, Weight and other safety restrictions will apply for all rides and experiences.
  • Some of the rides and/or experiences may be closed for various reasons. This could be for maintenance or otherwise but this is to ensure that we provide utmost safety to our guests. Safety and technical issues are unforeseen and as such we may not be able to announce it in advance. If this coincides with your adventure date there will be no refund or adjustment on an already issued ticket.
  • IMG Worlds has strict policies on misconduct and will remove guests or deny admission to guests for exhibiting any such behavior.
  • A government issued photo Identification will be required for availing some offers. Please ensure to also carry an identification with you during your entire adventure at IMG Worlds.

 

*Full Day Park Adventure starts from 12 noon – 10pm (Sunday to Thursday) and 12 noon - 11pm (Friday & Saturday) 

Timings are subject to seasonal changes and during events and will be decided by the Park Management

Next, search for the items you would like to order. Use the search bar at the top of the page to search for products. Or, click “Shop by Pet” to browse different categories. Click on a product to see more details. To add the product to your cart, click on the orange button that says “Add to Cart.” 

After you add something to your cart, you can keep shopping or check out. To check out, click on the orange button that says “Proceed to Checkout.” While you’re shopping, you can always click the cart in the upper right corner of your screen to view your shopping cart or proceed to checkout. 

On the checkout page, add or select your shipping address. At this time, we only ship within the contiguous U.S. Next, add your select your payment method. Before you place your order, review the items in your cart. Any discounts or promotions will be reflected in your Order Total. When you’re ready, click the orange button that says “Place Order.” We’ll send you an email confirming your order

Our exchange policy is simple and worry-free: If you're not 100% unconditionally satisfied with your pet supplies, you can get them back to the store in order for an exchange within 14 days of purchase.  If you would like to request a return or replacement, please send us a message with your order number. Please ensure the product is in brand new condition which can be put up for further resale.

We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on live animals, or offer any warranty or guarantee.

Autoship is a completely free customizable way to set up repeat deliveries from Petcornerdubai.com and save on the items you buy regularly. You can change, remove, and skip items or postpone your order date up to 72 hours before. There's no membership fee and you can cancel at any time after your first order on autoship is places & Charged.

When you sign up for Autoship, you'll unlock incredible savings of 5% on your first order. But the savings don't stop there – you'll also enjoy a 5% discount on all recurring orders, ensuring that your pet's needs are always met without breaking the bank.

Navigate to the "My Autoship" & "My Orders" section to view your Autoship you wish to modify-please do send us an inquiry on customerservice@petcornderdubai.com, in the event you wish to propane or postpone your order.




72 hours prior to your upcoming scheduled order, we will send you a reminder email. You have the option to modify your order before it enters the processing stage. Another email will be sent to you when your order is processed. In the event you do not receive an email notification we encourage you to keep track of the same on your My Orders account, to see the date of your Autoship order which was selected. ( We encourage this step as there are several email blockers on personal and company emails- our only intimation is emails, however, we would encourge you to check under your order tab) 

Your payment method will be charged automatically when your Autoship order is shipped or on the anniversay date of the auto ship chosen during the order . We start preparing your order 48 hours before the scheduled order date, and you may observe a pending charge as the preparation process commences. The pending charge will be resolved within 24 to 48 hours after your order is shipped. There's no need for you to take any action, and contacting us or making online updates is unnecessary.

Yes you may cancel your auto ship subscription only after the 2nd order is charged and delivered. To Cancel please visit "My Orders" On your account and send us a screenshot of the same to customerservice@petcornerdubai.com. A request will be sent to the back office/admin , which will be actioned within  3-5 working days. Please note should your cancellation have a date of 3-5 days before the due date , your card will be charged- Refunds if any will be made in your wallet with a 5% administrative charge. No refunds will be paid out into your credit card or cash.

Please note by signing up for Autoship , you confirm accepting change in prices as per market conditions. Prices can fluctuate as we stay competitive with other online & offline retailers.  Once again you have the option to Opt -out of the Auto ship program anytime after the second auto ship has been placed and charged.

Go to Autoship order on your account, under "My Account" & share a screen shot on customerservice@petcornerdubai.com. You may only edit quantities , should you wish to add other items, a NEW order needs to be made by choosing auto ship. 



You must first be registered on the app or website. The next step is to be logged on to view all applicable promotions. The next step is to select Autoship at checkout for offer to apply.  Kindly note that there is NO Limit: you can choose multiple items per order, however there is a Limit of 1 order per customer .
