1. Delivery Areas: We offer delivery services across the UAE, covering Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Al Ain. We aim to reach pet owners in various locations throughout the country.
2. Delivery Timeframes: Our goal is to deliver your orders promptly. Typically, our delivery time frames range from 24 to 72 hours within the Dubai & for other emirates 5-7 working days. We work diligently to ensure your pet supplies reach you in a timely manner.
2a) Same day delivery terms & conditions for Dubai
Express/Same Day Delivery in Dubai- 12 kms radius from our branches Sheikh Zayed Road, Motor City, Jumeiah Golf Estates, Jumeriah Beach Residence, Mirdif, Nad Al Hamar, Barsha, Warsan
*Same Day does not apply to Dubai South, Emaar South, and Damac Hills 2
* Please note this is subject to the riders on the road, kindly allow for delays due to summers, work conditions and occasionally items may go out of stock
* Live stock/Fresh Food/Cakes/Flowers/perishables would require a special vehicle thus cannot be delivered the same day, it would require between 1-3 working days as per our policy
*Any Bulky items that cannot fit in a bike riders box will not be delivered same day
*In the event the rider fails to deliver the order, please consider this a token of appreciation for our captains who go through harsh climate & riding conditions to get the products out to you. In the event you dont agree to the fee for the rider, you can request our team to it back to your wallet, if and only we miss the delivery of your product within 24 hours ( partial or full)
2a) Same day delivery terms & conditions for Abu Dhabi
Express/Same Day Delivery in Abu Dhabi- 12 kms radius from our branches in Khalifa City- Raha Gardens
*Same Day does not apply to any area beyond 12 kms which are the riders city limits
* Please note this is subject to the riders on the road, kindly allow for delays due to summers, work conditions and occasionally items may go out of stock
* Live stock/Fresh Food/Cakes/Flowers/perishables would require a special vehicle thus cannot be delivered the same day, it would require between 1-3 working days as per our policy ( Live Stock Delivery is only limited to Dubai- we do not ship to any other Emirates for the time being)

3. Shipping Fees: For orders within Dubai, we provide free delivery for cart totals exceeding AED 99. Orders below AED 99 are subject to a delivery charge of AED 50. For shipping outside Dubai, the cart total should be greater than AED 199 to qualify for free delivery. Please note that shipping fees may be subject to change, and it's recommended to review our website for the most up-to-date information. *Minimum order values can be changed at any point based on various promotions being run from time to time.
4. Order Processing: Once you place an order with Pet Corner, our dedicated team in the back office will promptly process your request. You will receive a confirmation email with details of your order, and we kindly request you to reply to this email to confirm your order.
5. Delivery Tracking: We understand the importance of keeping track of your delivery. While we do not provide real-time tracking on our website, we are available to assist you with any inquiries regarding the status of your shipment. Feel free to reach out to our customer support team for updates on your delivery.
6. Delivery Issues: In the event of any delivery issues, such as delays, lost packages, or damaged items, we are committed to resolving them promptly. If you encounter any problems with your delivery, please contact our customer support team, and we will assist you in finding a satisfactory solution.
7. Order Confirmation and Processing:
1. Upon placing an order, an automated confirmation email will be sent to you from www.petcornerdubai.com. Kindly check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive this email.
2. To finalize your order, we kindly request that you confirm it by replying to the confirmation email.
3. Once your order is confirmed, our diligent team will promptly prepare it for pick-up within the next hour.
4. The timing and category of the items will determine whether your package is picked up on the same day or the following morning.
5. Delivery of your order will then be scheduled for the same day or the day after, taking into consideration the timing and category of the items.
8. Discounts:
1. We occasionally offer various promotions and discounts to our valued customers. Please note that items on sale are clearly marked in our ON SALE, which are subject to change from time to time.
2. Your order will be entitled to only one discount at a time, whichever offers a greater benefit.
3. During the checkout process, our system allows you to apply two discounts. However, upon delivery, only one discount will be applied, ensuring you receive the maximum advantage.
4. To be eligible for any discounts, the minimum order value must be AED 199.
5. Items during the sale, are subject to stock. It is on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis, and no stock is guaranteed. The teams will be in touch with you for a wallet refund as our first choice of refund, as you may use the funds in the wallet while earn pal points, which can be used for a future purchase in the event the item comes back in stock.
9.Payment Options:
1. Cash on Delivery: We accept cash on delivery or credit card payment links in advance for orders outside Dubai.
2. Credit Card on Delivery: For deliveries within Dubai, we accept credit card payments upon special request. However, if our courier company handles your delivery, only cash transactions will be accepted.
3. Tabby: Payment via 3-4 installments, please ensure you meet the minimums for tabby. Credit rating is provided by a third party software based on the credit eligibility. Pet Corner has no control on the credit limits approved. You are free to take this up with Tabby in the event of any dispute for the limits on the purchase value. In order to qualify for an installment payment a minimum of Aed 199 + Vat must be spent on petcornerdubai.com
10.Delivery Charges:
1. We are pleased to offer free delivery for all orders above AED 99 within the UAE.
2. For orders below AED 99, a delivery charge of AED 50 will be applied.
11. Delays:
1. Our aim is to ensure timely deliveries within Dubai, with a standard delivery delay of 1-3 working daysfrom the time you place your order.
2. In rare cases where items are not immediately available, we will promptly notify you via email, providing an estimated delay for the fulfillment of your items.
3. In the event you wish to have express delivery, meaning same day , an additional charge of Aed 25 within Dubai, & Abu Dhabi Aed 35, with an order cut off at 12:00PM in the afternoon will means deliveries can be made the same day. In the event the order is placed after 12:00PM the order will reflect in the next day.
4. Despite our strict adherence to delivery timelines, please understand that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, traffic congestion, or out-of-service areas may occasionally cause delivery delays. 5. Best By Dates: we have a simple policy of "Transparency" to ensure we provide you with the longest best by dates, which is beyond 3 months. In the event an offer does take place, you will be able to see the best by dates under product description and or saving to show you the exact date you are voluntarily purchasing. Please note we have a NO RETURN or REFUND POLICY on BEST BY DATE DISCOUNTS.
