Our Booking Policy

Pet Grooming & Veterinary Care Policy: Pet Corner has the right to refuse aggressive pets , non vaccinated pets & grooming that is unpaid for. ALL Cancellations or Refusals due to aggression, sickness or any kind, will incur an Aed 50 cancellation fee. Injuries to be reported within 24hrs. By agreeing to purchase a grooming or veterinary care package you agree to our terms and conditions.

Mobile Grooming & Instore Policy: 

+All appointment & Advance Payments to be made on the PetCornerDubai.com/grooming website

+No Show/Cancellation/Same Day reschedule = No Refund

+Reschedule is possible if informed before 24 hours, AED 25 per reschedule will be applicable- Max 1 change

+Parking is to be provided by the customer as per RTA rules, no public parking  allowed ( will be considered no show)

+All Pets MUST provide vaccination proof at the time of grooming

+Please allow for 30 -45 minutes delay due to ongoing traffic conditions across the UAE


+Final grooming appearance may differ from reference images due to breed, coat condition, or safety considerations. By booking, customers acknowledge that results are not guaranteed to match photos exactly.


+Grooming Prices are based on Grooming Load schedule and variations will apply based on traffic of booking requests. Please note only one discount is applicable ,& not in conjunction with any other offer.

🚨Services booked need to be paid IN ADVANCE. Pet Corner can refuse a grooming for non payment, pet aggression, health issues or otherwise.
