By opting for Autoship & Save, you are agreeing to adhere to the following terms and conditions ("Terms") governing our Autoship subscription ordering program ("Autoship"). It's essential to acknowledge that your use of the Pet Corner Trading LLC website or mobile app is subject to our Terms of Use, which include an arbitration agreement, and Privacy Policy. Additionally, all other relevant terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements on the Pet Corner Trading LLC website are applicable and integrated into these Terms. Upon placing an order and enrolling in our Autoship program, you implicitly accept these terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements. These Terms constitute the comprehensive agreement between you and Pet Corner Trading LLC (and, concerning prescription products, Vet Veterinary Clinic LLC) in relation to our Autoship program. Please review these Terms carefully.

 

Benefits:

When you make a purchase on Pet Corner Trading LLC and enroll in our Autoship program, you are subscribing to regular shipments of selected products. You have the flexibility to determine the frequency of deliveries. Although you cannot modify your periodic delivery schedule, you retain the ability to change your shipping address, payment method, and included products when enrolling in a new Autoship. Additionally, by selecting certain products marked as "Autoship & Save," you qualify for additional savings on our standard prices. Please refer to the website for information on repeat order discounts.

 

Misuse of Autoship:

By agreeing to these terms, you commit to maintaining a single account (via email or shipping address) in your petcornerdubai.com account to prevent discount misuse. You agree not to abuse the terms and conditions of Autoship and acknowledge that it is intended for subscription purposes to ease the inconvenience of placing orders when unavailable. You also agree to adhere to the prices mentioned on the Autoship subscription page, as Pet Corner Trading LLC reserves the right to adjust prices based on market conditions and prevailing rates.

 

Pet Corner Trading LLC reserves the right to alter Autoship benefits, including discount amounts and eligibility criteria, at its discretion. However, once you authorize an order as outlined in these Terms, the price for your upcoming shipment will remain unchanged. Certain offer details, such as price, taxes, availability, and shipping charges, may vary with subsequent deliveries over time. Subscriptions are valid while supplies last.

 

Notifications; Automatic Order Creation; Order Changes or Cancellation:

Upon initiating your initial order and joining our Autoship program, you will receive a notification confirming the creation of your Autoship subscription, and your first order will be processed immediately. Subsequent orders will be automatically generated according to your chosen delivery schedule unless canceled. You can cancel at any time after the first Autoship order is charged and compleyed by sending an email to  customerservice@petcornerdubai.com or WhatsApp +971502799419.

 

For subsequent orders, you will receive a pre-shipment email notification up to 24 hours before the selected ship date. This email will detail your upcoming shipment, Autoship items and prices, and the order date. Failure to cancel before the day preceding your ship date will result in an authorized order ( cancellations of Autoship is only after the 2nd order), with a pending charge on your payment method as we prepare your order.

 

Credit Card Authorizations and Charges:

By signing up for continuous shipments through Autoship, you expressly permit Pet Corner Trading LLC to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis. Periodic charges will be submitted without additional authorization until you provide notice to cancel or change your payment method. Approximately 24 hours before your designated ship date, your order will be authorized, and the payment will be charged to your chosen method. Your payment method will be charged for the authorized amount once the order is processed.

 

Pricing; Payment; Renewal; Cancellation:

The final charge for a product delivered under our Autoship program will be the price stated in the pre-shipment email notification or a lower price if available on our site when your order is authorized. In the event you do not receive an email notification we encourage you to keep track of the same on your My Orders account, to see the date of your Autoship order which was selected. ( We encourage this step as there are several email blockers on personal and company emails- our only intimation is emails, however, we would encourge you to check under your order tab) Your chosen payment method will be billed after your order has shipped. The total cost for each Autoship order includes the item price, minus any applicable discount, plus shipping charges and sales tax. Any credit balances on your petcornerdubai.com account may be applied before charging the remaining balance to your payment method.

 

The charge for each Autoship item shipment will be billed to the payment method used to create your subscription, or an alternative method you specify. If we cannot complete your Autoship order with the initially used payment method, we may charge another valid method associated with your Pet Corner Trading LLC Account or notify you to provide an alternative payment method.

 

Agreement Changes:

Pet Corner Trading LLC retains the right to unilaterally modify these Terms, including all relevant terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements on the petcornerdubai.com website, without prior notice. If any change is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it does not affect the validity of remaining changes or conditions. Continued participation after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with any changes, it is advisable to cancel your subscriptions.

 

Additional Terms:

Pet Corner Trading LLC may terminate your subscriptions at its discretion without notice. You will only be charged for shipped orders in such cases. Products are available for shipping within the UAE.  Autoship program participation is non-transferable, and you may not assign or transfer your Subscription or benefits to any third party without authorization. All Autoship returns are subject to Pet Corners Return Policy. Autoship subscriptions are void where prohibited.

 

Pet Corner's Autoship function is a convenient and flexible service that allows customers to schedule automatic deliveries of pet food, supplies, and other pet-related products. Here's how it generally works:

 

1. Product Selection: Customers can browse through Pet Corner's extensive selection of pet products and choose the items they want to include in their Autoship order. This can include pet food, treats, medications, grooming supplies, and more.

 

2. Setting up Autoship: Once the desired products are selected, customers can choose the Autoship option during the checkout process. They can then set the frequency of delivery, such as every two weeks, monthly, or every few months, depending on their pet's needs and usage. Please read all Autoship  terms and conditions thoroughly. 

 

3. Discounted Pricing: Autoship orders often come with additional benefits, such as discounted prices on eligible products. Customers can enjoy savings by enrolling in Autoship and receiving a lower price compared to one-time purchases.

 

4. Order Confirmation and Shipment: After placing the initial Autoship order, customers will receive an order confirmation that includes the details of the first shipment. Pet Corner will process and ship the order promptly based on the selected frequency.

 

5. Managing Autoship: Customers have the flexibility to manage their Autoship orders. They can easily modify the products, quantities, delivery dates, and shipping address through their Pet Corner account. Changes can be made up to 24 hours before the next scheduled shipment. 6. Notifications: Pet Corner sends out reminders and notifications to customers before each Autoship order is processed and shipped atleast 24 hours prior. In the event you do not receive an email notification we encourage you to keep track of the same on your My Orders account, to see the date of your Autoship order which was selected. ( We encourage this step as there are several email blockers on personal and company emails- our only intimation is emails, however, we would encourge you to check under your order tab). This allows customers to make any necessary adjustments or additions to their order. Please send an official email to customerservice@petcornerdubai.com or Whatsapp +971502799419 in the event you want to edit the quantities & prices.

 

7. Order Updates and Tracking: Customers can track their Autoship orders through their Pet Corner account or by using the provided tracking information. This ensures they stay informed about the status and estimated delivery date of their shipments.

 

8. Canceling or Pausing Autoship: Customers have the option to cancel or pause their Autoship orders at any time, post the 2nd Autoship Order is completed. This can be done easily by sending an official email to customerservice@petcornerdubai.com or Whatsapp +971502799419. Please note cancellation of Autoship will result in a 5% admin fee of the last order- the money will be added in the wallet for further use, less the admin fee.



9. Out of Stock situation: There may be instances that a particular item is out of stock, you will be contacted by our team for substitute products, as you have already been charged with the auto-ship discount, the amount will simply be refunded to your wallet in order for you to purchase for the future. We will strive our best to ensure we have stocks, however, the situation of fluid stocks is beyond our control. Please note no cash refunds will be made for any Auto-Ship deliveries.
