Our 2 cats are regularly groomed by Pet Corner. Their mobile service is awesome with punctuality, update notifications for every step and great grooming services. At store, they have a great variety and good quality products. Can be slightly higher price but they make it up with loyalty points and overall convenience including easy parking

I’ve been using this pet shop’s mobile grooming service for my cat for a long time, trusting that she was in good hands. Unfortunately, my recent experience proved otherwise. During a routine vaccination and check-up, the veterinarian discovered that my cat’s nails were extremely overgrown — they had curled into a full circle and pierced into her skin. She had to go through painful removal of each nail, something that should never happen if grooming is done properly and with care. I am truly disappointed by the lack of professionalism and attention. Allowing a cat’s nails to reach this condition is unacceptable and inhumane. Groomers are expected to check and trim nails as a basic part of care, especially when a customer relies on them regularly. I hope this review encourages the management to take animal welfare more seriously and improve their grooming standards so no other pet has to go through this.
