I placed a bulk order online and in less than 10 minutes, a sales representative, Ms. Sherylin, quickly reached out on WhatsApp and advised that it will be out for delivery next day. The level of customer service is outstanding, not to mention the massive (almost give away) price discounts this store offers. I'm definitely switching to this store for all my 3 cats' needs!

so happy with their service. great improvement now with whatsapp and answering customers on time. I am so happy they organized their team as before i was having issues with response time and they would always arrive 30-45 min late, but now, TOP NOTCH service. fast, responsible, responsive, and arrive on time! I AM SO HAPPY WITH THEM and my puppy loves them too! especially the female van!
